22nd & 30th April 2017
If you've visited Malta in summer, you can't have missed the fact that the Maltese love their fireworks. This festival brings together local and foreign aerial pyrotechnic talent.
The Grand Harbour is the backdrop to the festival celebrating Malta's accession into the European Union on 1st May 2004. The best place to enjoy the spectacle is probably on the Grand Harbour side of Valletta.
On the 29th April head for the Granaries in Floriana to see the ground fireworks which can be even more amazing.
